My passion for mental health is deeply rooted in my early experiences and the strength of the people who raised me. Moving to a new country at a young age, I witnessed firsthand the courage, adaptability, and emotional resilience required to rebuild a life from the ground up.
Those formative moments taught me the power of community, persistence, and what it means to truly support one another.
Becoming a therapist has been a journey of learning, unlearning, and giving myself grace along the way. Therapy isn’t about fixing —it’s about understanding. It’s about creating a space grounded in trust, empathy, and real human connection.
With over five years of clinical experience, I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds in navigating a wide range of challenges. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices that help clients manage overwhelming thoughts, cope with difficult emotions, heal from the past and build stronger relationships with themselves and others.
Every person has a unique story, and therapy should honor that individuality. I tailor each session to your experiences, your needs, and your goals, creating a safe and supportive space where your voice is truly heard and respected. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, meeting you exactly where you are to encourage healing, build resilience and strengthen confidence.
Healing and growth take time, but you don’t have to walk the journey alone. With the right tools, guidance and encouragement, you can rediscover your strength, restore balance and create meaningful, lasting change.
The foundation of my therapeutic work is Logotherapy, a meaning-centered approach that emphasizes the human capacity to find purpose even in the midst of suffering. I believe that when clients uncover meaning in their experiences, they gain the strength not only to cope, but also to move toward growth, resilience, and fulfillment. This perspective helps guide my work, ensuring that therapy addresses both immediate struggles and deeper questions of purpose and values.
Building on this foundation, I take an integrative and flexible approach to treatment by drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapies to meet the unique needs of each client. These modalities include:
I’ve had the privilege of working across multiple levels of care, including inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization units, intensive outpatient programs, and residential treatment settings. In addition, my professional journey has included experiences in academic clinical research focused on children and families, as well as in vocational rehabilitation services.
These diverse opportunities have allowed me to develop expertise in supporting individuals during times of acute crisis while also fostering long-term growth, resilience, and independence.
While my passion lies in working with individuals experiencing psychosis and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. I also provide care across a wide range of mental health concerns, including:
Outside of work, I find joy in simple moments. I love curling up with a good book, discovering new coffee spots and spending time outdoors in the sunshine. I value laughter but also quiet mornings and the comfort of being around my two cats
