Do I need to have my camera on?
It’s encouraged but not required. You can participate in the way that feels most comfortable for you.
What if I’m nervous about joining?
That’s normal! Many people feel this way at first. The groups are welcoming, supportive spaces and you can engage at your own pace.
Are these group therapy sessions?
No. These groups are supportive, educational, and wellness focused. They are not a substitute for therapy.
Do I need to attend every group? Do I have to pay?
No, it’s totally up to you! Each group is designed so you can benefit whether you attend once or regularly. These groups are completely free.
How do I sign up?
Simply click on the calendar and sign up for the session date you prefer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with additional details.
Are groups confidential?
Yes. Respecting privacy is a top priority. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
